Cargo Survey

In order to extend its activities to other areas in the marine sector and also to maintain a long lasting relationship with its clients, IMB is actively involved in Quantity and Quality Assessment of Bulk Cargo, General Merchandise etc. On many an occasion this work entails not only inspections at loading ports but also inland involvements. Draught Surveys, Scale Weighing and General Supervision of Cargo Operations are routine work for IMB surveyors.

The Container Industry has also been a major source of assignments for IMB. Apart from the assessment of damage to the cargo,IMB is keen on providing value added service by the explicit understanding of the operational aspects of the industry, which can assist in determining the weakness in the transport chain.
