Our PSC division is initiating the second Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on propulsion and auxiliary machinery for all cargo ships under DBS starting on July 15, 2013.

As already been informed through DBS Circular C12027 on August 20, 2013 the MLC, 2006 is coming in force and by then, all ships must be inspected and certified under the requirements of the Convention. This circular lays down the inspection and certification process under DBS.
